We’re an independent, U.S.-based business focused on providing authentic, high-quality consumer electronics and home essentials at fair prices. We source from trusted distributors and stand behind every product we sell.
Yes. Every product we sell is 100% genuine and sourced from reputable suppliers or authorized distributors. We do not sell knock-offs or counterfeit goods.
Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Details are listed on each product page. If a product doesn’t have a manufacturer warranty, it is still covered by our 30-day return policy.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and digital wallet payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). All transactions are processed securely.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping promotions when offered.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow it from our warehouse to your doorstep.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories. To begin a return, contact us at support@legoesosupplyco.com with your order number.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping. If you simply changed your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
